How do I return something?

Which courier do you use?
This depends on where you live and what items you have purchased. All orders shipped to mainland Europe are shipped by UPS and all orders to the Republic of Ireland are shipped by Royal Mail. Some small UK orders, such as polo shirts and small accessories are despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery (please note if Next Working Day or Saturday Delivery is selected we will not send goods out in this way).
Please note that service restrictions apply to certain postcodes, these restrictions can be viewed on the relevant service in the Dispatch and Postage
I've made an error on my order - how do I change it?
Provided we have not yet processed your order, it can be changed if need be. Please log into your account and make the required changes or alternatively call us on 01323 483777
How do I cancel my order?
Provided we have not yet processed your order, it can be cancelled if you wish. Please e-mail troy@willingdonproshop.co.uk as soon as possible with the order number and we will cancel the order if it is not too late. Don't panic however, our returns policy allows goods to be returned (provided they are unused and in their original packaging) for up to 30 days after the order is placed for a full refund or exchange if you need to.
