Please Note: All our items are sent using a signed for service so please ensure the shipping address you select is occupied during the delivery window to ensure safe receipt.
Item Dispatch
- We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays to either your home or a different address specified by you e.g. your work address.
- We dispatch (Royal Mail Only) on a Saturday morning
- Your item/s will be dispatched the next working day after payment at the latest (stock dependant)
- If your item/s dispatch is/are especially urgent then please call us on 01323 483777 to ensure that we are made aware of this and every effort will be made to meet your needs
Delivery Policy
As a general rule:
Items up to 1.5KG will be shipped Royal Mail First Class Recorded
Items over 1.5KG will be shipped with UPS
Items shipped Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded:
UK - delivered within 2-4 working days on average
Europe - delivered within 5 - 7 working days on average
Worldwide - delivered within 7 - 10 working days on average
- If you are not in to sign for your item the postman will leave you a red 'collect from local depot' card.
- In the unlikely event that after 5 working days you are not left a card then please telephone your local depot to check for your item.
- If your local depot does not have your item then call us on 01323 483777 so we can help trace your item
- Please note that an undelivered item is not deemed to be lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days after dispatch have passed, so sorry we are also unable to process a refund or replace your item until these 15 days have passed.
Items shipped UPS
UK - delivered Next Working Day after dispatch
Europe - delivered 2 - 3 working days on average
Worldwide - delivered 3 - 5 working days on average
- UPS is a fully tracked shipping service
- You will be kept up to date with your item/s progress via email
- 3 attempts by UPS will be made to deliver your item/s to the assigned address
- If you would like to change the address after dispatch or arrange for the item/s to be left somewhere on your property/with a neighbour, please call UPS Customer Services on 08457 877 877 with your Tracking Number given in the email/s your have received from UPS for assistance
